Job Overview:
TechX is looking for a
Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual design and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
In this role, you will support the Marketing and Sales teams in producing visual materials for digital platforms and marketing campaigns while learning and developing your creative skills.
This position is ideal for designers with
23 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in branding and marketing design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, digital banners, and marketing visuals.
- Support the creation of key visuals for events.
- Adapt and resize designs for different platforms and formats.
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations for Sales, Marketing, and internal use.
- Ensure all visual outputs follow TechX brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing and CS teams to understand design requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas when needed.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliver designs on time.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus).
- Ability to design and format PowerPoint presentations.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and design briefs.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in Vietnamese (basic English is a plus).
Nice to have
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Experience designing for social media platforms.
