Job Description
- Design and develop marketing and communication materials across multiple platforms in line with the company's brand identity to strengthen brand image and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, communications, and corporate events.
- Develop, update, and manage brand assets, including sales kits, company profiles, brochures, and brand visual guidelines to support business development and marketing activities.
- Proactively propose and develop creative design concepts for marketing and communication campaigns, while collaborating closely with the Content & Digital team to ensure effective execution.
- Take ownership of assigned design projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion.
- Independently handle design tasks as assigned, while providing guidance, support, and quality control for interns or freelance designers when required.
- Stay up to date with modern design trends, new tools, and emerging technologies, and recommend practical applications to improve creativity, efficiency, and overall design quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or the BOD.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design or a similar role. Experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma. Experience with other design tools is a plus.
- Strong visual design sense with the ability to create creative concepts that align with a professional corporate brand identity.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and support multiple projects when required.
- Proactive in keeping up with design trends and adopting new tools and technologies to improve work quality and productivity.
