Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, social media, eCommerce.
- Use AI tools to support creative ideation, image generation, and workflow optimization.
- Design and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop and create simple motion graphics or animations with After Effects.
- Understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining high visual quality.
Creative Asset Development:
- Creation of visual marketing assets for a wide variety of uses.
- Work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must also maintain flexibility to prioritize (and reprioritize projects) as the landscape shifts.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with various departments to support Design needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Assigned Design team and senior designer.
- Support other graphic designers in other Design teams
Project Management:
- Review briefing documents and use them as a basis for project work, clarify any areas where there may be ambiguity.
- Clearly establish expectations on project deliverables.
- Manage external freelancers and agencies as needed.
Process Management:
- Continuously look for ways to improve our processes and to provide excellent service to our internal customers.
- Provide insights related to brand usage to keep the brand assets at the cutting-edge of usability and functionality.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- Familiar with AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Flow, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar).
- Basic knowledge or interest in AI video creation and emerging AI video workflows.
- Strong design sense with attention to detail, layout, typography, and color.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
