JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative Communication Specialist with a passion for visual storytelling to join our team. In this role, you will drive employee engagement by developing compelling communication strategies and producing high-quality graphic and video content. You will ensure that our key messages are delivered effectively across the organization and that our brand voice remains consistent, inspiring, and visually impactful across all channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of the full design package, including signage, e-cards, banners, gifts, andother visual assets.
- Develop comprehensive communication materials such as company brochures, media kits, key messages, and videos in response to requests from Business Leaders and Department Heads to ensure effective internal communication.
- Manage the end-to-end production of Wanek videos, including talent casting (if needed), scheduling, filming, editing, and subtitling.
- Be responsible for the creation of promotional packages for both internal and external events, including pre-event teasers, poster design, and post-event recap videos.
- Lead photography and videography efforts for all internal company events.
- Coordinate and produce engaging video content specifically for the internal TV system.
- Create visual assets and collaborate with the team to manage and update the Company's social media pages.
- Maintain and update the Communication Calendar daily and weekly to ensure all team projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education:Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
2. Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
3. Skill:
- Design & multimedia mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CapCut.
- Technical Photography/Videography: Highly skilled in operating DSLR cameras, including lighting and audio setup.
- Creative adaptability: Up-to-date with emerging design trends and best practices; open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Project management: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead coordination and resolve problems effectively within a team.
- AI integration: Proactive in identifying and implementing AI tools to optimize and streamline creative workflows.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
