RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main purpose of the Designer Executive position is to support the execution of VMD and art design deliverables across in-store and campaign touchpoints, ensuring brand identity consistency for Guardian Vietnam.
1. VMD & In-store Design - 45%
- Adapt & execute POSM for offline stores (standee, wobbler, shelf talker, in-store posters, etc.) following approved dimension specifications and brand guidelines.
- Support the VMD team on window display, shelf & gondola layout and planogram visuals for New Store Opening (NSO) and Renovation stores.
- Work with printing vendors to ensure artwork is production-ready, correct in dimension, and delivered on time.
2. Art & Campaign Asset Design - 35%
- Adapt monthly campaign Key Visuals (KV) into offline, digital and CRM assets under the direction of the line manager.
- Create flyers, posters, social posts and basic LCD videos (simple motion, short video editing) to support marketing activities.
- Ensure brand identity consistency across all communication channels.
3. Coordination & Asset Management - 15%
- Collaborate closely with Marcom, Social Digital to deliver design projects on time.
- Manage and update the design asset library, artwork archive and POSM dimension master file.
4. Others - 5%
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting line.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts or related fields.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in design for marketing / retail / FMCG; exposure to VMD, POSM or in-store design is an advantage, and experience in the Health & Beauty industry is a plus.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of video editing software (Premiere, After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of print production and POSM material & dimension specifications.
- Good aesthetic sense, creativity and trend awareness.
- Attention to detail, good time management, proactive working style and high sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English.
