MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for the 7-Eleven brand in the Vietnam market.
Design marketing communication materials, including overall theme development, individual artwork designs, and other related materials for both online and offline channels.
Suggest appropriate materials and provide cost estimates for final artworks within the agreed budget and timeline.
Manage the production of all printed materials from conception to completion while ensuring quality control of all deliverables.
Stay up to date with industry trends, including new design practices and technologies related to images, visuals, animations, and icons.
Strictly adhere to all trademark regulations, including obtaining approval for trademark usage prior to printing and production.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in an in-house creative department or design firm. Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
Proficient in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Ability to creatively apply brand guidelines while maintaining brand consistency and identity.
Strong conceptual thinking with a good sense of design, layout, and typography.
Knowledge of production supervision is preferred.
Skills in photography, motion graphics, and video creation are an advantage.
Self-motivated, creative, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills. Big egos need not apply.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
