Job Description:
External Affairs/Government Relations:
- Stakeholder engagement: Support Sea Group in building, maintaining and enhancing relationship with related governmental and regulatory bodies, and industry associations in digital entertainment, e-commerce, and digital financial services engage at working level with broader range of stakeholders
- Policy monitoring and advocacy: monitor changes in law, regulations and policies and conducting research on policy and regulatory issues in digital entertainment, e-commerce, and digital financial services
- Coordinate with industry groups and organizations with complementary objectives to achieve common goals
- Support in creating strategic communication vehicles for effectively sending the Group messages to external stakeholders
- Support to draft, prepare required documents, letters, agreements, contracts, report related to government relations/partnerships scope as per request
- Organise events/activities in cooperation with government partners
- Support in other external engagement activities per request.
Partnerships:
- Implement and manage the partnerships between Sea Group and key government/association partners, and external partners to implement CSR programs.
Administrative tasks:
- Execute, track and monitor budget. Report consolidation. Event/meeting organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in international trade relations, public policy, and relevant fields
- Good understanding and experience in government affairs/external relations, working well with multi-stakeholders, cross-functional team
- Good at social networking, partnership facilitation
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, strong ownership and as part of a small team interfacing with large and diverse operational team
- Experience in logistics/administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
