Job Description:
1. Campaign Setup & Management:
- Plan, create, and execute Google Ads campaigns tailored to specific project needs.
- Analyze audience insights, conduct keyword research, and define target audiences.
- Set up and optimize tracking, remarketing using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance measurement tools.
2. Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track and optimize campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs are met.
- Improve key marketing metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing (ads, landing pages, bidding strategies).
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize results.
3. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare detailed performance reports, provide analysis, and suggest improvements to relevant teams.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, Google policies, and AI automation in bidding strategies.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure a unified marketing strategy.
- Provide feedback on the website to improve ad campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Google Ads.
- Proficient in performance measurement and optimization tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on real data.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm and logical thinking skills.
- Experience in eCommerce, POD, or Dropshipping, with knowledge of trends and cultural aspects of the US-UK market.
- Creativity, strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and good deadline management.
- English proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
