Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to support a contract engagement focused on migrating our CRM from Podio to GoHighLevel and building a scalable, automation-driven CRM environment.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end migration, system design, workflow creation, and integrations to ensure a smooth transition and strong long-term usability.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Migration (Podio → GoHighLevel CRM)
- Do the migration of CRM data from Podio into GHL CRM
- Audit existing Podio structure, workflows, and data quality
- Map legacy data fields into an optimised GHL CRM structure
- Cleanse, deduplicate, and validate data prior to migration
- Execute data migration using imports, integrations, or APIs
- Ensure data integrity and minimal operational disruption
- Conduct post-migration validation and fixes
CRM System Design & Build
- Design scalable pipelines, boards, and data structures in GHL CRM
- Build a clean, user-friendly CRM architecture
- Define lifecycle stages, data governance, and permissions
- Create structured templates for future scalability
Workflow & Automation Creation
- Build automated workflows across sales and operations
- Reduce manual admin through automation logic
- Create lifecycle automations (lead → deal → onboarding → retention)
- Implement task routing, reminders, and triggers
Integrations
- Design and implement integrations between GHL CRM and key tools
- Work with native integrations, Zapier, Make, or APIs
- Ensure reliable data sync across systems
- Troubleshoot integration and automation issues
Documentation & Handover
- Document system structure and migration logic
- Create SOPs and best-practice guidelines
- Provide handover training to internal stakeholders - Recommend future improvements and optimisation roadmap
Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing GoHighLevel
- Hands-on experience migrating from Podio (strongly preferred) or other similar systems.
- Demonstrated CRM migration experience (data mapping + cleansing)
- Strong automation and workflow design experience
- Experience building integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs)
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and lifecycle design
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment.
