Uniserve is seeking a dynamic and strategic commercial leader to spearhead substantial revenue growth and business expansion across South-East Asia. This role will concentrate on cultivating multinational client relationships along the UK/Netherlands to South-East Asia trade corridors, while driving the commercial success of Uniserve Singapores zero-GST contract logistics hub - enhancing seamless East-West trade connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute commercial strategy aligned with Uniserves global vision and SE Asia market.
- Drive collaboration across Singapore, UK, and regional teams for cohesive delivery.
- Build and sustain relationships with senior clients and strategic partners.
OSP Development & Performance
- Secure new business through lead generation, partner research, and service promotion.
- Build alliances with airlines, shipping lines, and service providers to strengthen network.
- Leverage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Promote Uniserves full suite of services across the region.
Business Development
- Win new partnerships with major exporters/importers in SE Asia.
- Develop opportunities in contract logistics and bonded warehousing.
Account Management
- Manage top-tier client relationships, including account reviews, pricing, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Promote Uniserve Singapores port-centric bonded logistics solutions (cash flow, flexibility, cost, speed).
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trusted partnerships with local and regional multinationals.
- Act as key contact for UK/NL-SE Asia trade lane customers.
Operational & Commercial Integration
- Collaborate with operations to design tailored multimodal solutions.
- Align commercial goals with contract logistics to deliver integrated supply chain services.
Financial Performance
- Achieve revenue and profit targets across SE Asia.
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
What Were Looking For:
Experience & Knowledge
- Senior commercial experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, or contract logistics.
- Strong expertise in SE Asia-UK/NL trade lanes and integrated supply chain solutions.
- Well-established network with exporters, importers, carriers, and logistics stakeholders in SE Asia.
