With a growing ecosystem of partners across Japan, Korea, the US, and Southeast Asia, we are looking for Intern/Fresher Growth Partnership Executive to join our team. This role is designed for young professionals who aspire to build a career in business development and strategic partnerships, with a clear path toward leadership roles in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Lead Mapping: Research potential partners, markets, and clients; maintain and update partner databases.
- Partner Coordination Support: Assist with communication, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and note-taking with partners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service Owners to align partnership goals.
- Proposal & Content Preparation: Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and case studies for outreach and co-selling initiatives.
- Event & Networking Support: Participate in organizing or attending networking events, webinars, and workshops to strengthen visibility.
- Learning & Reporting: Join training sessions on ecosystems, tech services, and partnership strategies; assist in tracking and reporting partner activities.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in technology, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good written and spoken English (mandatory); Japanese or Korean proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Notion is a plus.
