Ignify is an IT outsourcing company with a growing team of 50 talented professionals. We deliver high-quality software solutions to both local and international clients. As we expand, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and retain top IT talent.

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand technical roles (Developers, Testers, Project Managers, etc.) and recruitment needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Update and maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Collaborate with the HR team on other activities such as employee engagement, onboarding programs, and company culture initiatives.
  

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least one year experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of basic recruitment concepts and HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English communication is a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in work.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to growing with the company.
