Responsible for pushing the Sales and Customer Service team to achieve sales goals.
Utilize Salesforce to prepare reports, charts, and other statistics to support the sales department; collect data from Salesforce and analyze data to evaluate the current sales process. Provide deep dive analysis to guide sales decision-making.
Working with management, strategic planning & analysis staff, and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules.
Be responsible for calculating and checking bonuses and commissions for the sales and customer service department.
Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
Strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CX, O, etc.), especially in HR.
Support sales management and goal setting, conduct weekly and monthly sales pipeline reviews to track performance against revenue goals.
Responsible for the orientation training of foreign employees and supervising the workflow of the sales department.
Interview BDR candidates.
