Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer networks across Vietnam.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to propose effective business solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, aftersales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and regular market updates for management review.
- Lead negotiations and support contract management with strategic partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within automotive, industrial, or related industries.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Ability to work independently and travel when required.
