Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer networks across Vietnam.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to propose effective business solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, aftersales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and regular market updates for management review.
  • Lead negotiations and support contract management with strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within automotive, industrial, or related industries.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Ability to work independently and travel when required.
