As we enter the next phase of development, we are seeking a General Manager to build a strong operational foundation, scale the organization, and help realize our vision of impactful, tech-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a 35 year growth roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through early-stage growth to operational scale.
- Oversee all business operations including finance, product development, and organizational structure.
- Develop long-term strategies for market expansion and global positioning.
- Represent the company in external relationships with partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a strong leadership team and scalable company culture.
- Ensure high standards across product quality, service delivery, and technological relevance.
- Report directly to the Board or CEO; recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years in senior management, including 3+ years as GM or similar executive role in tech/AI.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
- Deep understanding of AI, tech ecosystems, and global industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong network in the tech and investment community.
- Passion for innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.
- (Preferred) Experience founding or scaling a tech startup.
- Language Requirements
- Proficient in English (reading and writing).
