Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%):
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, especially social media.
- Use diverse recruiting channels and innovative strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain a comprehensive candidate database for tracking prospects and hires.
Reception & Administration (30%):
- Welcome candidates and senior managers; ensure a tidy workspace.
- Manage security guest logs and handle the switchboard.
- Perform clerical duties (filing, photocopying, scanning).
- Track and manage office/parking cards and supplies.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and office activities/events.
- Organize meetings, seminars, and internal events.
- Handle couriers, translations, and HR-related tasks (posting jobs, collecting profiles).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Recruitment (especially in mass recruitment).
- Good at English reading and writing skills, communication proficiency is a plus.
- Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Solid understanding of the Vietnam Labour Code.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven analytical skills with a track record of success.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Reliable with a consistent attendance record.
