Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ecopark initially while the company transitions to its new office in Long Bien.
The General Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and supporting audits.
The role includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll processing, ensuring tax compliance, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial decision-making. Additionally, the General Accountant may assist in financial planning and forecasting to support the company's operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or project management sectors are a plus
