We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our growing finance team at iMotorbike. As an experienced finance professional, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. You will work closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance efforts, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Day-to-day transactions, including processing payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and support the forecasting process to help optimize company financial performance.
- Support tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT/GST and other local taxes.
- Ensure internal financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of transactions to meet financial obligations.
- Assist in preparing for audits and help maintain compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Ability ty to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ft Excel, accounting softftware (e.g., XERO), and financial reporting tools.
- Strong English communication skills
