Role Description
1/ Accounting (90%)
- Manage and maintain accounting documents and records (hardcopy and softcopy).
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system (FAST).
- Issue and manage invoices and related documentation.
- Perform accounting entries, account reconciliations, and support intercompany/interdepartment transactions.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, FCT, etc.) and other statutory reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports, including B/S and P/L.
- Support process improvements in a fast-growing business environment.
2/ Admin (10%)
- Coordinate and review legal service contracts and related documents.
- Liaise with external law firms regarding contract preparation and revisions.
- Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentation.
- Provide administrative support and back up admin functions when required.
Qualifications
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field
・Language: English - Internal communication
・Experience:
- Have 5 years of working experience in the accounting field in any industry at the latest company
- Experience in B/S, P/L, and month-end closing processes
- Experience in statutory service contracts (drafting and concluding formal contracts)
-Fast software experience
