General Accountant

District 3, Ho Chi Minh City | Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00 AM–5:30 PM)

Modulex is a company operating in the smart/modular home industry with an international market presence. We are currently looking for a General Accountant to join our Ho Chi Minh City office.

 JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for consolidating, controlling, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the company's overall accounting data, supporting the Board of Directors in management decision-making.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting Recording & Data Control:

• Consolidate, verify, and reconcile accounting data across functional areas (receivables/payables, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, cash flow, etc.)
• Record business transactions in the accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Review the validity and legitimacy of accounting documents prior to recording and filing

Tax & Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and submit periodic tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.) in compliance with deadlines
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to Financial Statements) on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during audits, settlements, and inspections

Receivables, Payables & Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable/payable with customers and suppliers; propose solutions for overdue debts
• Support cash flow control and cash planning to ensure balanced capital for business operations
• Track and manage fixed assets and tools; perform depreciation in accordance with regulations

Internal Reporting & Cross-Department Coordination:

• Prepare internal management reports (costs, pricing, business performance, etc.) as required by management
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, HR, and Warehouse departments to reconcile and update data
• Propose process and tool improvements to enhance accounting and finance efficiency

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a general accounting role; experience in manufacturing, construction, or real estate is a plus
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax law, and related regulations
• Proficient in accounting software (MISA, FAST, etc.) and Excel
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality of financial data

• Salary: 18,000,000 – 22,000,000 VND (negotiable based on capability)
• 2-month probation period at 85% of official salary; early confirmation possible for outstanding performance
