GARMENT MERCHANDISER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. After receiving a PO from Sales, input the order into the ERP system.
2. Communicate with Head Office, Buyers, Suppliers, and Factories to resolve all matters from development to shipment.
3. Process sample development and coordinate with related departments.
4. Transfer orders to production (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing).
5. Create purchase orders for materials/accessories.
6. Work with factories and the Planning team to follow up on sample progress, quality inspections, and order schedules.
7. Monitor and resolve any issues related to order progress.
8. Follow up on delivery schedules and customer payments.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College or University degree in Economics, Garment Technology, or a relevant major.
2. Good English communication skills.
3. At least 1–2 years of experience as a Knit Garment Merchandiser, with solid knowledge of yarn, fabric, and garment production.
4. Strong multitasking abilities.
