About the Program:

The FWD Summer Internship Program offers students and fresh-graduates from all majors an exciting and differentiated experience with FWD Vietnam. The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.

We are open opportunities in following functions: Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate Strategy Management, Finance, Information Technology & Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Governance (including Legal, Compliance & Risk Management), Internal Audit.

Requirements:

  • Current 3rd - 4th year students or fresh-graduates from all majors who are available to work full time from June to August.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.

  • Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.

  • Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.

1. Data & Digital:

  • Support to build impactful insights by analyzing data and developing interactive Power BI dashboards to drive business decisions.

  • Explore and apply modern data technologies (e.g., AI copilots, Power Automate, Data Lake) to enhance team productivity and streamline data workflows.

  • Contribute to the design and documentation of scalable data frameworks used across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems through data-driven approaches.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and initiatives assigned by the line manager, with opportunities to learn and grow rapidly.

2. Distribution Planning, Reporting, Compensation & Contest​:

  • Support in data management and periodic reports.

  • Provide analysis about sales performance and effectiveness of sales contest and promotion.

  • Develop tools and dashboards to calculate agent income, incentive and costing model.

  • Assist in preparing contest memo, presentation decks and other documents.

  • Participate in system enhancement projects and other initiatives (if any).

  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

3. Bancassurance Business Quality :

  • Works directly with Banca Quality Assurance team to identify risks, implement controls to manage these risks, test control effectiveness and report regularly on any risks, incidents or issues relating to partnership sales quality.

  • Support in maintain data availability from different sources for further analysis.

  • Support in develop and evaluate comprehensive sales quality analyses combining new sales and renewal sales data, and/or develop an approach to continuously monitoring sales quality.

  • Support in re-organizing the controlled document system into functional buckets.

4. Digital Commerce:

  • Support analysis of end-to-end digital customer journeys across websites, mobile apps, and embeded platforms

  • Assist in eliciting, clarifying, and documenting business and user requirements under guidance

  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Marketing, Data, and Operations teams to support delivery

  • Support UAT preparation, execution, defect logging, and follow-up resolution

  • Support project management activities including task tracking, risk follow-up, and reporting

  • Leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to streamline analysis, documentation, reporting, and repetitive tasks
