About the Program:

The FWD Summer Internship Program offers students and fresh-graduates from all majors an exciting and differentiated experience with FWD Vietnam. The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.

We are open opportunities in following functions: Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate Strategy Management, Finance, Information Technology & Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Governance (including Legal, Compliance & Risk Management), Internal Audit.

Requirements:

  • Current 3rd - 4th year students or fresh-graduates from all majors who are available to work full time from June to August.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.

  • Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.

  • Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.

1. Agency Business Development Project:

  • Support the setup and execution of internal systems, processes, and governance frameworks for the Full time Agency Model and Agency Partnership projects during the initial rollout and pilot phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness.

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking pilot performance, key KPIs, and progress milestones, consolidating data and preparing basic performance summaries and reports to support management review and decision making.

  • Coordinate closely with cross functional internal teams (e.g. Operations, Finance, IT, Training, Marketing) to follow up on assigned tasks, manage timelines, and ensure data accuracy, system readiness, and smooth implementation.

  • Support the documentation of workflows, operating procedures, guidelines, and key learnings from pilot initiatives, providing a structured knowledge base to facilitate evaluation, continuous improvement, and future scaling of the model..

2. Agency Strategy & Planning:

  • Supporting the Implementation of Agency Initiatives

  • Support planning and execution of agency initiatives and projects.

  • Track progress and prepare updates for the Manager.

  • Conduct basic research and data collection to support decisions.

  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and reports.

  • Ensure documents are accurate and shared on time.

  • Support coordination of virtual and in‑person meetings.

  • Build and maintain cost models for budgeting and planning purposes.

  • Analyze data and prepare basic cost projections.

  • Assist with data analysis, scenario modelling, and presentation preparation.

3. Corporate Strategy

  • Assist in the development and dissemination of weekly, quarterly, and annual strategic reports, performance reports, and trend analysis for business unit meetings and management reviews.

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, etc.

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for strategic planning meetings and senior management reviews.

  • Gain hands-on experience in strategic planning methodologies and practices within the life insurance industry.

4. Bancassurance Partnership Management:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to partnership performance and market trends.

  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Draft memos to partners including product updates, operational guidelines and other official announcements.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events with our partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.

  • Support partner engagement activities on occasions.

5. Product Development:

  • Support preparation and updating of product documents (product information, basic rules, system and testing materials).

  • Assist in system testing by preparing test scenarios, recording User Acceptance Testing results, and tracking issues.

  • Support project coordination by tracking assigned tasks, updating progress.

  • Support coordination with IT and Operations during system setup and product implementation.

  • Help track implementation progress and summarize issues for the team.

  • Assist with basic inquiries from internal teams using available product documents.
