Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Functional/Technical Analyst at Lucky Today. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for working from home. The Functional/Technical Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and participating in system enhancements and improvements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and efficient problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Analysis and Analytical Skills to evaluate business requirements and propose effective technical solutions
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify system issues and resolve them efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with IT tools and systems; experience working in a hybrid work model is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Previous experience as a Functional or Technical Analyst is preferred
