2. RESPONSIBILITIESThe Company is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React, React Native and Node.js to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a strong interest or background in fintech or blockchain technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend), React Native(mobile) and Node.js (backend).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
3. REQUIREMENT- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, React Native and Node.js with 4 years of full time experience or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good English both verbal and written skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech or blockchain domains.
- Knowledge of smart contracts, crypto wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps).
- Exposure to security best practices in financial applications.
