About the Role
We are looking for aLead Software Engineer (Full-stack)to own and drive the architecture and execution of bothfront-end and back-end systems. You will lead the development ofReactjs-based user interfacesandNodeJs services serving both customers and internal teams, uphold high engineering standards, and collaborate closely withProduct, Design, Backend, and Complianceteams in a regulatedfintech environment.
This role requires a balance of hands-on full-stack development, technical leadership, and strong product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, design, and evolve thefull-stack architectureacross RingkasReactjs front-end applications and Nodejs back-end services
- Leadhands-on developmentof scalable, secure, and high-quality web products in a fintech environment
- Translate complexfintech and compliance requirementsinto clear, reliable, and user-friendly product experiences
- Define and enforceengineering standardsacross front-end and back-end, ensuring code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
- Collaborate closely withProduct, Design, and Complianceteams to drive delivery and technical alignment
- Mentor and guide engineers, supportingtechnical growth, ownership, and best engineering practices
- Ensureperformance, accessibility, reliability, and maintainabilityacross production systems
Preferred Qualifications
Must have
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with both strong hands-on deep experience building and maintaining Node.js back-end services and expertise inReact.jsand modern front-end development
- Proven ownership of full-stack architecture, including designing, scaling and acting as atechnical leadon complex, production-grade systems
- Strong proficiency inTypeScript,Reactjs, andNode.js, with a solid understanding of scalable application design
- Deep understanding ofstate management, data-fetching patterns, and asynchronous workflows
- Hands-on experience integrating and designingRESTful APIs and/or GraphSQLservices
- Strong attention todetail, data accuracy, edge cases, and overall product quality
- Ability to balancehands-on coding, technical leadership, and product thinking
Nice to have
- Experience working infintech, banking, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity withsecurity best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data privacy
- Experience building or maintaining adesign systemat scale
