JOB TITLE: Senior NodeJS Developer
JOB LOCATION: Hanoi, Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain Node.js backend services
- Build and optimize APIs consumed by mobile applications
- Collaborate with mobile developers, QA, and client stakeholders
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
- Support deployments, bug fixes, and enhancements as per client priorities
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-have skills:
- 7+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong handson experience in Node.js (minimum 4 years)
- Mobile development experience with React Native / Flutter or Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift)
- Experience working in clientdriven / T&M environments

- Node.js / NestJS
- RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Asynchronous programming, eventdriven architecture
- JWT / OAuth authentication
- API security best practices
***Databases
- MongoDB
- Data modeling and performance tuning
***Mobile Integration
- Backend support for mobile apps
- Push notifications, session handling, offline sync
- API versioning for mobile clients
***Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (any one)
- Docker (good to have)
- CI/CD pipelines (basic understanding)
Good-to-have skills:
- Microservices architecture
- Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
- Experience with mobile app deployment cycles
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production
