They are keen to hire a Senior Full-Stack / Web3 Developer to drive hands-on development across their most advanced client and internal projects, to drive adoption of their asset tokenization platform, RWA solutions, and compliant DeFi infrastructure in Asian market.
Role Overview
As a Senior Developer, you will play a hands-on, high-impact engineering role, contributing directly to the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Web3 and AI-powered systems.
You will work across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and blockchain layers, collaborating closely with architects, product leads, and clients to deliver robust, production-grade solutions.
This is a deep technical execution role, ideal for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with modern Web3 and cloud expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend layers.
- Build responsive, high-performance UIs using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular).
- Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
- Ensure clean architecture, modularity, and maintainability across all codebases.
Blockchain & Smart Contract Development
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity, Rust).
- Work with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.) and on-chain/off-chain integrations.
- Integrate with L1/L2 ecosystems, including EVM chains, rollups, and emerging ZK systems.
- Ensure smart contract security, gas optimization, and audit readiness.
System Integration & API Development
- Build and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Work on wallet integrations, custody solutions, and blockchain data indexing.
- Implement event-driven architectures and webhook-based systems.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS-based infrastructure.
- Work with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of deployed systems.
Database & Data Layer Engineering
- Design and manage data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure data consistency, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Implement indexing strategies and efficient query patterns.
Code Quality, Security & Performance
- Write clean, well-tested, and production-grade code.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Ensure security across application layers (API, cloud, blockchain).
- Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and smart contract layers.
Collaboration & Technical Contribution
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and solution architects.
- Translate functional requirements into technical implementations.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution improvements.
- Support junior developers through guidance and best practices
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 8+ years in software engineering, with strong full-stack development experience.
- Deep experience with:
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular.
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
- Databases: SQL & NoSQL.
- Cloud: AWS.
- Strong experience with blockchain technologies:
- Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust preferred).
- Token standards and on-chain design patterns.
- Understanding of consensus mechanisms, L1/L2 ecosystems, and ZK rollups.
- Experience building production-grade, scalable systems.
Engineering Skills
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Ability to debug complex systems across multiple layers (frontend → backend → blockchain).
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- High attention to detail, code quality, and performance optimization.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with tokenization platforms, DeFi, or financial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI systems (LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks).
