Administer, maintain, and support enterprise business applications and related IT infrastructure to ensure system performance, stability, and SLA compliance.
Provide application operations support, including system monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Coordinate and support system deployments, upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable application support for factory operations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI to support data reporting and analytics.
Improve automation and optimize application performance to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in IT governance, documentation, training, and infrastructure-related projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
5–10 years of IT experience in EMS manufacturing environments.
Experience in enterprise application administration or support.
