Job Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise business applications and related IT infrastructure to ensure system performance, stability, and SLA compliance.
- Provide application operations support, including system monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate and support system deployments, upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable application support for factory operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI to support data reporting and analytics.
- Improve automation and optimize application performance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in IT governance, documentation, training, and infrastructure-related projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 5–10 years of IT experience in EMS manufacturing environments.
- Experience in enterprise application administration or support.
- Willing and able to work in rotating shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- 3 shifts per day
- 6 working days per week
