Fulfilment Procurement Executive - SPX Express

Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of SEA's leading e-commerce logistics networks. You will also lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage large -scale CAPEX equipment purchases, and play a key part in automation and cost-saving projects that shape the future of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality vendors for essential warehouse supplies, services and automation solutions

Contract & Tender Management: Reviewing and processing purchase orders in a timely manner. Prepare and conduct tenders while providing strategic recommendations to the Tender Committee

Project Development & CAPEX Execution: Coordinate closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, installation and commissioning of high-value equipment. Lead end to end deployment of CAPEX and automation assets, from sourcing to successful handover

Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvements: Analyze spend and operations data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Support continuous improvement across the procurement value chain

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Legal and BD. Present regular updates and insights to senior management in clear, concise reports

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
• Experience in supplier management will be an advantage
• Internship or working experience in relevant fields such as Procurement, Accounting, Supply Chain Operations
• Proficient in Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functional environments
