  • Business & PnL Management
  • Manage end-to-end commercial & financial performance of Retail program, balancing topline growth and bottom-line efficiency
  • Translate business priorities into clear weekly and monthly execution plans, ensuring consistent delivery against performance targets (ADO, ADG, PnL)
  • Drive Pricing & Promotion strategy and execution for Retail program, ensuring topline growth and bottom-line profitability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, BI, Marketing, Ops) to ensure seamless execution and timing adherence
  • Business Performance Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, CIR) to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on underperforming areas and drive data-backed action plans to improve business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business health and support decision-making
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous optimization
  • Process Management
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support Retail-related product and process improvements
  • Identify workflow gaps and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality
  • Drive standardization and optimization of key processes across Retail shop operations
  • Ensure operational readiness and smooth rollout of new initiatives, features, or programs
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong ownership, accountability, and execution excellence
  • Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive shared business goals
  • Build scalable frameworks and ways of working to support long-term Retail growth
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial growth, strategy planning, management consultant
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to lead cross-team work
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Background in e-commerce or cross-functional projects is highly preferred
