Job Description:

Be the primary liaison for FBS sellers, handling high volumes of queries and escalations quickly and accurately
Manage seller relationships to drive retention, stock availability, and order growth
Troubleshoot operational issues by working closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and Relationship Managers
Track performance data, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights
Adapt to process changes and suggest improvements to streamline operational workflows
Stay organised and on top of multiple chats, cases, and follow-ups daily

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong communicator with proven client management skills, even in tough situations.
Highly organised, detail oriented, and comfortable handling large case volumes.
Proficient in Excel and confident working with data.
Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable with operational processes.
Collaborative team player who works well across functions.
Experience in e-commerce, operations, account management, or customer success is a plus.
