Frontend Leader

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering collaboration and growth.

- Architect and develop scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, and Vue.js.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.

- Work closely with product managers, backend teams, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Stay up-to-date with frontend technologies and introduce innovations where appropriate.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues to ensure application stability.

- Oversee project timelines and deliverables.

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in leading frontend teams in tech-driven environments.

- At least 7 years of experience in IT, with experience in developing various Frontend frameworks.

- Deep expertise in React, Angular, Vue.js, and modern JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx), and build tools (Webpack, Vite).

- Strong knowledge of Cocos Creator, Unity, optimization, and game architecture.

- Familiar with cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

- Intermediate English level: Able to read and understand technical document.

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress) is a plus.

- Salary Range: VND Up to 75 million (net)
