What Youll Do
- Take ownership of the frontend stack and drive technical direction for the web application
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to build highly interactive and user-friendly features
- Design scalable, maintainable, and testable solutions using clean code and clean architecture principles
- Ensure high-quality releases by integrating and maintaining automation testing, linting, and static analysis tools
- Optimize frontend performance, build time, and CI/CD workflows
- Advocate for product quality and user experience with a strong product mindset
- Work in a dynamic environment that embraces change, experimentation, and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
- 5+ yearsof experience in frontend development, preferably instartup or high-growth environments
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Deep expertise in ReactJSand its ecosystem (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Tanstack, etc.)
- Solid understanding ofcomputer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, and networking
- Strong experience withsolution design,performance optimization,clean code, andfrontend architecture
- Proven ability to set up and optimizeCI/CD pipelinesand build tools
- Experience usingautomation tests,linters,formatters, andstatic analysis toolsto maintain code quality
- High sense ofownership,responsibility, andstartup/product mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience withAI/ML integrationson the frontend (e.g., working with AI APIs, chat interfaces, embeddings)
- Exposure to backend systems or full-stack experience
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and performance tuning
