Front-desk & Client Relations (District 2):
Saigon Holistic, our rapidly expanding physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic, is looking for a dedicated front-desk & sales focused client relations team member to join our team in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Experience: Manage the end-to-end client journey, from warmly welcoming clients and assisting with their first visit to managing appointment schedules and ensuring a seamless, positive experience
- Inbound Sales & Customer Service: Handle all inquiries via phone, website, and social media. Track and convert client leads into booked appointments and proactively follow up to maintain strong client relationships
- Administrative Operations: Maintain precise client records, process invoices and payments, manage clinic supplies, and provide essential administrative support to keep our clinic running efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong command of office software and administrative duties
- A highly organised, proactive, and professional approach with confidentiality
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability to work on weekends
- Experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role is a plus
*A competitive compensation package includes a basic salary starting at 8,000,000 VND per month, performance-based commission, comprehensive company benefits including health insurance as per state regulations, and annual leave.
