InCorp is hiring a Freight Sales Executive for our client an EU-based Sea Freight Forwarder specializing in LCL/FCL shipments. If you enjoy hunting new business, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals in a fast-moving logistics environment, this role is for you.
What you will do
- Grow your own customer portfolio: develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Drive sales performance: prepare competitive quotations and close LCL/FCL shipments.
- Own the shipment process from sales to handover: confirm shipment details, create job file numbers, and ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Work closely with internal teams: hand over shipment details to Customer Service for booking/documentation, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: support timely follow-ups and proactive communication to keep shipments running on track.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong ability to hunt, win, and close new business (not just account servicing).
- Good English communication for daily coordination and customer handling.
