Job Description

InCorp is hiring a Freight Sales Executive for our client an EU-based Sea Freight Forwarder specializing in LCL/FCL shipments. If you enjoy hunting new business, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals in a fast-moving logistics environment, this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Grow your own customer portfolio: develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Drive sales performance: prepare competitive quotations and close LCL/FCL shipments.
  • Own the shipment process from sales to handover: confirm shipment details, create job file numbers, and ensure information is complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with internal teams: hand over shipment details to Customer Service for booking/documentation, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: support timely follow-ups and proactive communication to keep shipments running on track.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Strong ability to hunt, win, and close new business (not just account servicing).
  • Good English communication for daily coordination and customer handling.
