Job Description:
- Analyze transaction and user behavior data to detect and prevent fraud on the platform
- Combine multiple data sources to draw conclusions and take action
- Review and investigate abnormal transactions reported by users or other departments
- Handle cases where users employ invalid information to bypass registration, verification, and identification steps (manual or technological fraud)
- Assist the team leader with other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, open for new graduates or candidates with prior experience are welcome
- Data Proficiency: Ability to read and understand processes, and handle basic data processing on Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., filter, sort, pivot, countifs)
- Analytical Skills: Logical thinking, ability to detect anomalies based on multiple criteria
- Work Ethic: Inquisitive, investigative, honest, careful (detail-oriented), diligent, eager to learn, and possesses a spirit of continuous improvement
- Tools: Microsoft Office
- Able to work on shifts (including night shifts)
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
