Experience: Minimum basic knowledge in logistics/forwarding. 3 years is standard, but candidates with sufficient knowledge will be considered.
Language: Business-level English.
Main responsibilities:
Support customers in freight forwarding (handling requests, preparing quotations and negotiating with carriers, preparing documents, coordinating and monitoring shipments).
Part deskwork (documents, paperwork handling), part business trips to support sales together with supervisors.
Work location: Office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Business trips: Not frequent, only a few times/year, mainly to Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang. Each trip usually lasts 12 days.
Age/Gender: 2535.
Skills: Knowledge of logistics and strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
Working Conditions
Working hours: 8:00 -17:00 (1-hour lunch break), weekends off (Sat-Sun) as per regulations, but may work on Saturdays if needed.
