Financial Analyst, FP&A and Planning

Engagement Type: Contract, Independent Contractor

Hours: Full time availability, 40 hours per week

Location:Remote, with partial overlap required with PST

Reporting:Reports to the Manager, FP&A and Planning and partners closely with the Planning and Purchasing team

Role Description

Rove Concepts is hiring a Financial Analyst to support product demand and revenue forecasting and help manage the inventory pipeline end to end. You will work tightly with Planning and Purchasing to translate sales trends, inventory positions, and supplier lead times into clear forecasts and buying recommendations. This role fits someone who thinks in models, sees risks early, and turns messy data into decisions.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics experience

Advanced Excel skills, you can build and maintain complex models without hand holding

Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actions

Strong problem solving skills and comfort working in a fast moving environment

Clear communication and collaboration skills, you can influence partners across teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus

CPA, MBA, or CFA is a plus
