Financial Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Provide complex financial and business-related analysis and research for financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, and general business conditions.

- Provides summaries and analysis of special studies conducted and prepare recommendations for management to implement policies and guidelines to improve Jabil's financial position.

- Analyzes present and future financial performance of company.

- Detail analysis of cost variance analysis by nature. Prepare various financial analyses for internal management use

- Partner with Business Unit and Operation in financial monitoring and analysis process by each customer.

- Understand well the Material costing variance and provide the analysis to partner for action improvement

- Ad Hoc analyses tasks

- Train other employees both within and outside the department

Knowledge requirements:

• Good skill on develops financial analysis by Power BI/Dashboard and VBA to improve the current working data.
• Strong scenarios planning and financial modeling.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/auditing

- Have 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, management accounting, accounting in manufacturing industry or MNC

- Experience of GAAP, making financial statement, cost accounting, and inventory accounting

- Good at problem solving, detail-oriented, interpersonal skill, and pressure management

- Good English communication
