Position Overview: We are seeking 4 motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Financial Adviser Assistant. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about supporting financial advisers and working with High Net Worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate execution of all advisory documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Assist advisers in meeting preparation, including research and preparation of Client Portfolio Reviews.
• Maintain and update client profiles using our company software (Xplan).
• Prepare documents to assist financial advisers in producing financial reports (Statements of Advice and Review of Advice).
• Develop a detailed understanding of client portfolios to provide comprehensive responses.
• Prepare all advisory documents, including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
• Foster strong communication and working relationships with clients.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the development of best practice strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (IELTS Certificate of 7.0+ or equivalent required).
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with effective time management skills.
• Preference given to Australian graduates.
