Job description
- Support customers across channels (phone, live chat, social media, in person), while introducing TCBS&aposs wide range of financial products and services as part of the overall service experience. Note: Comprehensive training on TCBSs core products and platforms will be provided.
- Enhance customer experience by analyzing behavior, researching pain points, and working cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end journey.
- Propose and implement tech-enabled solutions using data, AI, and automation to streamline customer flows and elevate the overall experience.
- Develop and manage customer engagement programs and campaigns (e.g., loyalty, minigames).
- Build and maintain self-service resources: videos, infographics, chatbot scripts, etc.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Job requirements
- University degree or above at top 1 Vietnam University (foreign trade, banking, economics).
- IT savvy (Python, Power BI, Data Analyst...), design motion graphics, infographic, create video.
- Ielts above 6.0.
- Patience and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills.
