Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, prepare quarterly and annual reports for stakeholders.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Month-End and Year-End Close: Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports
- Budget and Cash Flow Planning: Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and forecasts, monitor and analyze cash flow, predict future trends, and report variances.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, address audit inquiries and implement recommendations for process improvements.
- Government Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required by government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Compliance and Documentation: Stay current with accounting standards and ensure compliance, maintain organized and well-documented financial records.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Candidate must possess a Chief Accountant certificate
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
