(FINANCE) PROJECT MANAGER AT LIT STRATEGY (VIETNAM)

LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy advisory firm specializing in helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) grow and thrive. As we expand our operations in Vietnam, we&aposre looking for a driven and hands-on (Vietnamese) Project Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founders and C-suite clients, playing a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects. We&aposre a small, agile team, so you can expect a dynamic, hands-on environment where your contributions have a direct and measurable impact.

1. What Youll Do:

- Lead and manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships.

- Support engagement teams in developing strategic business plans and recommendations for growth.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis, financial modeling, and hypothesis testing to back up your recommendations.

- Present findings to client management and work with their teams to implement solutions.

- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.

2. We expect to have someone who:

- Has 3-5 years of experience in consulting within Vietnam or the ASEAN region.

- Holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- Possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Is fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
