Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Finance in developing financial plans through the annual planning cycle and preparing monthly and quarterly Management Information reports.
- Provide financial and commercial insights into acquired businesses; analyze monthly performance trends and quarterly results to support management decision‑making.
- Lead the preparation and control of audit, accounting, and settlement reports for the Group, working closely with external auditors on both separate and consolidated financial statements.
- Oversee tax matters, including tax compliance and tax settlement, and act as the main liaison with tax authorities.
- Prepare, review, and control budgets of member companies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Group objectives.
- Support and participate in system and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and the robustness of financial analysis and reporting.
- Proactively identify accounting, tax, and compliance risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 8-12 years relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS; audit background is an advantage.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven; able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and locations.
