We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Cluster Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our portfolio of restaurants and beach clubs in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and business performance across multiple lifestyle hospitality concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple outlets.
- Manage all financial/operational accounting activities including monthly accounts, balance sheet, cash flow statement, flash figures, payroll, cash management, costing and budgeting.
- Act as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to the management team.
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Direct the monthly accounting close process on a timely basis.
- Manage P&L performance, cost control, and profitability analysis across operations
- Lead the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and local regulations
- Support pre-opening financial setup, systems implementation, and CAPEX tracking
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or cluster-level role, local experience is a must.
- Experience within hospitality, F&B, luxury lifestyle, or multi-outlet operations
- Strong understanding of P&L management and business partnering
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commercial mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English communication.
