Job Description

Responsibilities

Finance operations including AP, AR, Bank and Payment, Treasury, Interco cross charge with support from Poland Shared Service Center (EBS)
Month end close and reporting package, providing instructions to EBS and reviewing their output
Handle annual statutory audit, tax filing and other statutory reporting
Perform Internal control assessment per the Group requirement
Perform any ad hoc assignments or projects, as assigned
Act as Office Manager and provides administrative support to Vietnam office

Relevant Knowledge, Skills And CompetEncies

Degree in Business/Finance discipline, qualified accountant with audit experience
Certificate: Qualified Accountant
5 years of commercial experience, preferably in MNCs
Able to manage full set of local book, statutory and tax reporting
Hands on and self-motivated
A team player with ability to collaborate/communicate across functions/organizations
Good knowledge of excel
Fluent English
