Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Finance Manager specializing in Capital Markets & Investments. The Finance Manager will oversee and optimize capital market activities and investment portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial trends and opportunities, formulating investment strategies, managing funding solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves preparing detailed financial models, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Solid knowledge and experience in Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, and Capital Market Operations
• Ability to create detailed Financial Models, Forecasts, and Reports
• Skills in Risk Assessment and Compliance in relation to investments
• Strong Strategic Planning and Decision-Making skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Advanced Financial MS Excel or relevant software
• Experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
