Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's finance, accounting, tax, and human resources functions in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily accounting and financial operations in compliance with Vietnamese regulations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and annual financial statements
- Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment of VAT, CIT, PIT, and other taxes
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and bank transactions
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external advisors
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company and legal requirements
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee records
- Oversee HR and accounting systems and basic local IT administration
- Support the Managing Director and Regional/Group Finance teams as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in finance or accounting management
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience handling audits, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with HR administration and payroll is an advantage
- Chief Accountant Certificate required
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
