About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Finance Data & Analytics Partner to support their global Finance Transformation team. Our client is a prestigious maritime and logistics leader with a 200-year history built on integrity, reliability, and excellence.

Joining the team as a Finance Data & Analytics Partner, you will be a key architect in the company's digital evolution, specifically driving the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and NSPB. You will be responsible for designing and managing high-impact Power BI dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across financial, commercial, and operational domains

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Partner with Group Tech to design end-to-end Power BI architecture, integrating NSPB, operational systems (like Cargowise), and Excel.

• Dashboard Development: Translate complex business needs into intuitive visual insights for Group management, Finance, and Operations (40% time allocation).

• Data Integrity: Investigate data discrepancies and reconcile Power BI outputs against source systems to ensure 100% reporting accuracy.

• Business Partnering: Engage with regional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and manage the pipeline of analytics demand.

• Governance: Define and maintain workspace structures, dataset governance, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.

• Support & Training: Provide ongoing user support and training to enhance data literacy across the organization.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Finance Analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and sophisticated data modeling).

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting structures, KPIs, and multi-source data environments.

• Experience with NetSuite and NSPB is highly preferred; experience with Cargowise is a significant plus.

• Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Sciences, or a related field.
